Sign-in is required to add, edit or rate rows. Rows belong to your account, so you can edit them from another device after signing in. Account and IP hashes prevent duplicate votes. Detected attacks or repeated manipulation are recorded privately with the IP, reason and time under a 90-day cleanup policy.
Each row permits one upvote or downvote per IP, without changes or cancellation. People sharing an IP share one vote. Severe abuse, advertising, code and AI instruction patterns are rejected. At least 20 upvotes and a 90% upvote ratio mark a candidate for manual official review.
